Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to help build the company’s brand awareness, demonstrate thought leadership and generate leads as we progress in deploying world class municipal and industrial wastewater treatment solutions.

The candidate leads the production and deployment of content that benefits our clients, manufacturer’s reps, and key partners. Key duties include creating and sharing targeted content through multi-channel media and the company website. Organizing conferences, supporting new product launches, and supporting business development proposal efforts. The ideal candidate has excellent project management skills, is curious, organized, detail oriented and hyper customer focused.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Management, Business Development and Engineering to ensure company solutions are properly positioned and perceived in the market.

  • Coordinate internal departments to support new business/product rollouts by creating marketing materials such as press releases, brochures, presentations, graphics, videos, social media content, and relevant customer engagement campaigns.

  • Create communication best practices, standard templates for sales proposals and presentations, to ensure consistency in branding standards.

  • Develop email templates, promote thought leadership at industry trade shows, establish/maintain media and industry association partnerships.

  • Ensure company-wide use of standard language when communicating to internal and external audiences.

  • Update and maintain website on an ongoing basis, either internally or with 3rd party consultants.

  • Develop and manage an effective social media marketing process and key metrics.

  • Develop of additional brands, logos, and standards for new business initiatives.

  • Support Managements engagement initiatives focused on communicating Company Purpose, Vision, and Values to all employees and internal/external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • A great team member able to work across functions from field crews to the C-team.

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s in Marketing, Communications or Business management, prior experience in the clean-tech, renewable energy or other infrastructure development fields is a plus.

  • 3-5 years of demonstrated experience in strategic and operational marketing.

  • Prior supervisory experience is a plus.

  • Excellent project management skills, able to manage multiple priorities and internal/external resources simultaneously.

  • Strong willingness to learn and grow and take on new challenges.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
